This versatile venue features floor-to-ceiling windows, dimmable lighting, a fully electric kitchen, ADA-compliant facilities, and flexible seating for up to 68 guests (38 indoor, 30 outdoor). Whether you’re planning a branded content shoot, an intimate dinner, or a community-driven experience, the space can be easily reconfigured to meet your creative needs.

Yes. Metered street parking and paid garages are within walking distance. There’s also a load-in driveway for event facilitators.
